You must be a registered user with HPT to qualify for an upgrade. The following license upgrade paths are available:

1 - All license upgrades may be purchased through PayPal.co.uk by selecting a category in the above table. Once notification has been received through Paypal, by Hot Pepper Technology. Then HPT will send the EMD application with the corresponding license type. If this is a rush order, then this is the quickest method.
